Hotel Services: Turkish Competition Authority covers 3 days accommodation included breakfast. Also in meeting days lunch and breakfast will be served. You can use gym, pool, Turkish Hamam (Bath) and other free services in the hotel.

Transportation Alternatives from Istanbul Airport: Firstly, From Istanbul Airport, Taksi fee will be about 200 Turkish Lira included tolls to the hotel. This trip would take 1 hour without traffic.
Secondly , you can use IST-20 HavaIst Bus to go to the Sultanahmet area, you need to get off in the Sultanahmet station, it is 4 stops trip totally. IST-20 Bus cost 18 Turkish Lira. If you want to choose this way it is suggested that when you get of the plane buy an Istanbul Card and deposit in it 20 Turkish Liras at least. This trip would take about 2 hours without traffic.

Transportation Alternatives from Sabiha Gökçen Airport: Firstly, From Sabiha Gokcen Airport, Taksi fee will be about 250 Turkish Lira included tolls to the hotel. This trip would take 2 hours without traffic.
Secondly , you can use MR60 Bus to go to the Pendik Marmaray Station and using the Marmaray (It is like subway) from Pendik you need to get off in the Marmaray Sirkeci station, it is 18 stops trip totally after that from Marmaray Sirkeci station you need to go tramvay to go to the Sultanahmet area. Hotel is 10 minutes away from Sultanahmet tramvay station. MR60 Bus, Marmaray and Tramvay costs about 20 Turkish Lira totally. If you want to choose this way it is suggested that when you get of the plane buy an Istanbul Card and deposit in it 20 Turkish Liras at least. This trip would take about 2 hours without traffic.

Other things to do around the hotel: Tram (Tramvay) and subway (Metro İstanbul) is so close to the hotel. Sultanahmet Square is about 10min by walking from the hotel, also it is 3 stops away by tram. Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Sistern, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, Galata Tower and Taksim Square are close to the hotel by subway and tram. You can go these places easily from the hotel.

Weather: Second week of March Istanbul is a bit rainy and cloudy but it is not so cold. It will be about 13-15 degree celcius in daylight. Especially 8-9 March is warm but 10 March Tuesday rain will expected.

Currency Info: Please do not forget to change your money into Turkish Lira. 1 Euro is about 6,9 and 1 Dollar is about 6,1 Turkish Lira in these days.
